The grease became Glue as it super heated so you need to look it that way. Try soaking it with Dawn (by the brand) and letting the oven warm to 250 them after it cools use a plastic putty knife to scrape it away the foil it should come off easily. Then after you are done to remove the grease and smoke from inside your oven , put a small pan of ammonia in the oven in the evening, and then close the oven door. In the morning, remove the pan of ammonia. The grease inside the oven will wipe off very easily.

Has the metal stuck on your oven or has the foil stuck to the metal?
