Warriors of Prayer

Their purpose is of God,
To serve with no end.
To answer the calls of prayer,
And wage war against sin.
Chosen for battle,
The Word of God is their sword.
No fear, not even of death,
Living to obey the Lord.
Being saved by His Blood,
Born of Spirit and not womb.
Across the whole world,
On their knees in their rooms.
Lifting praise up to God,
Praying prayers, miracles gained.
Confessing of sins,
Forgiven in His Name.
We Bless You O' God,
You are Righteous and Fair.
We bow before you,
We are Warriors of Prayer.

WHOO HOO!!!!!! You go big guy. I'd really like your permission to copy this and take it my church for all to see. We have Thursday night group prayer every week and the love and prayers that flow through that place are nothing short of amazing. The power of prayer is beyond mere words Semper. It is good and has meaning. To me, the true mark of a good poem is when it can reach people and make them feel something. You have done that.
