can i claim my bank charges back of a closed bank account?

the account exceeded the limit, and charges were put on every month it spiralled out of control, and i would of never been in a position at the time to pay it all back, the blance got transferred to a debt agency and through there, i paid the £800.00 back, i originally went £5 over my £100. limit

In a word: no.

I mean you can ask for anything. But the bank is not likely to give it to you.

If you do a financial transaction of any kind, and you get a statement, you have a limited time to correct it if it is wrong.
