Nope- thankfully I am quite lucky...no arthritis, no aches and pains...just Diabetes II which I try to keep under control :-)

I know your arthritis is very painful, my mom has a lot of it, even in her spine. I have more pains now. I have a little arthritis in my right hand thumb joint and pain in the bone in my left hip. My neck also gets sore and painful. I've had headaches all my life though and those continue.

Actually, I think my old aches and pains have acquired aches and pains of their own and that causes more pain all around. I don't have arthritis because I learned how to heal myself of that infirmity (yes guys, with the use of herbs and it works too).

I also have arthritis in both knees. I do yoga and try to do as
much as I can. I don't know if it's age-related or due to the
fact that I did a lot of ballet dancing when I was younger.
Maybe both.

Sorry about your arthritis. My wife has it in her spine and I have a little in my hands. Yes, I have more aches and pains now, but mostly from surgeries that I have had.

Yes I do ,and it all depends on the weather and how hard I work too. After scrubbing the kitchen floor on my hands and knees I could hardly get back up and the next day could not raise my arm up to comb my hair.

I only have a problem if I try to sit down on the grass at a park or sand at the beach, from taking Baycol, the supposed "cholesterol lowering" drug that got banned. Otherwise, I am ok, Thank God..

It wasn't getting older per say it was the accident... which has also caused some arthritis!

Yes! Arthritis is all through my arms and legs and normal tasks are getting harder by the day.

Yeah, and their all accident related! I just took my knee brace off from coming in from the ice! I know what you mean about the knees!
