I had this happen to me about 6 months ago. I resigned. I'm still not working because of choice, though. I wouldn't suggest that you do that but it was other things that aggravated me and it was a real unprofessional job. I wasn't making any money there. The bosses or managers were very playful but I didn't think he was playing this time. I didn't loose my cool, I let it go. Don't scream back unless you might get fired. Some people like that let their authority go to their head and shouldn't be in those positions. Can you talk to her supervisor or other manager and tell them? Maybe you can be transferred but you still shouldn't have to go out of your way or let someone push you out of the way. Can you file a complaint on her if it's that bad or continious.? Or you could just simply ask her why she does this to you? Maybe she expects more out of you but it's still not right.

nicely get use to it , it happens plenty in retail or fairly demanding jobs it relatively is now days each activity. in case you think of roughly it your boss probable had only have been given yelled with the help of their boss , we call that **** rolling down the hill. so do no longer take it own because of the fact is a waste of time. it relatively is a habit of your boss to react whilst under pressure out with the point to stay off the **** record make sure you do what your boss says with urgency and accuracy . Now if he embarrass your in front of different workers with the help of yelling at then you definitely confront your boss best then and there. he will probable react with the help of yelling much extra at you , if that happens enable him understand you would be chatting with him later approximately this concern. Then later tell your boss his to no longer reprimand you in front of different workers. it relatively is an rather unconformable concern to be in yet make sure you look after it with your superb interest in ideas whether which means being comprehensible and shrugging it off.

Go see an EEOC counselor and discuss the matter with him or her. They will ask you a lot of questions including whether or not she treats the other workers like you. It's free, just walk into their office in the city where you live. Google it. Good luck.

WOW, you must know Viviann, she used to think she was my boss, using that type of child like behviors. And, I just walked her off, she followered, and I said to her,"look lady I'm a combat vet, and I don't earn or take crap like that no one", and went to the office the next day and filed harrassement, against her, they demotted her and changed her shift, just to keep the pease!! You need to do something, go to her boss!!

let me explain something to you sweetheart and just hear me out. I started thinking and sayin those kind of things to until I met somebody special one day and no not my wife. I met a man who has a plan for people like you and me who are tired of our bosses you know what!!!! I,m not talkin about just any man but a sucessful man who cares for people like you and me who are going to work everymornin and and putting in lot of hours for what, just to hear our boss put us down and say behind his/her speeches of "hey I run the show you are nothing to me and I get paid a lot more then you do". The one thing that came to mind one day was that I dont want to hear the same boss day in and day out complain that I dont do my job good enough for them. I dont work for them anyway I work for MY LORD!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways A man name glenn Young showed me it didnt have to be this way. I went on to to the overview and The business plan made since. Not that I will retire tomorrow but rather 2-5 years. I dont know about you but I'd rather take 2-5 yr. plan then a 40-50 year plan. You sound like somebody who has their head on straight, so I would like you to meet this man!!! You go to gdsusa.com You then put guest as your id and password is gds. Listen to my main man glenn and then email me at jds_eventures@yahoo.com and let me know what you want out of this conversation. I dont know about you and Im not tellin you to quit your job but with your own business on the side It definitly puts it in perspective that"hey I know that Im working this full time job right now, but some day my own business is gonna make me freeeeeeeeeeee from having to here some boss say your only good when youre good and not anytime else. Look forward to hearing from you !!!
