Probably not if it's a Trojan horse. Those find ways to hide certain files on your HD. You might want to use a spyware or anti-virus program to get rid of them. Run one of those and hopefully they'll detect and remove the problem for you.

A2 Free (wont conflict)

Adaware
update them and run two and scan then quarantine what you find, restart and scan with other
