Are there bathing suits that you can get that cover your back? If so, you may want to look into this.

Good luck!

Wear a tampon to deal with your period, it shouldn't be a big deal, I swim 5 days a week, twice a day some days, and just once a day other days and I've just learned to wear a tampon during my period. Find a swimsuit that fits as best as possible, or go to the store and find a new suit if possible that fits or borrow a friend's suit for tomorrow, and then buy a new one for the next swimming P.E. Don't worry about back acne, it's no big deal, many swimmers even on the swim team have it, and they don't worry about it and they don't have any problems.

Go swimming but wear a tampon. You'll be alright. As far as back acne, don' worry, I'm sure everyone will be just as self- conscience about themselves that they won't even notice.

You can always wear a t-shirt over the top of your swim suit... just have your guardian write a note saying why you're wearing it. Under Armor is spendy ($25-40, depending on the color and style) but I like wearing that brand when I'm in the water - they make a brand called Rashguard that's specifically for water sports - chlorine and salt water... just be sure to rinse the shirt off with fresh water after each use since chlorine and salt break down the lycra material. You can find Under Armor in any sports store.

I am not sure I understand what you are asking, but if you are swimming tommorow in PE, did you know that when you swim your period stops, just like when you get in a bath tub,Seriously, when I swim with my period on I don't even use protection and better yet you can even participate in all of the other PE activities because it takes awhile to start back ( I mean it will start back that day)it will just be a hour or so.As for the back acne nothing clears up over night, so you can where a t-shirt or something that will cover your back with your swimsuit on!!! Good Luck!!!Let me know how it goes.

You should start using tampons, then you can swim while you have your period (tomorrow might be a little too soon to do that though). Don't worry about the back acne, it happens to lots of us, and there is not much you can do. Others probably won't really notice it anyway.

Hey don't freak. Wear a one piece bathing suit!!!! Tomorrow, about the period, skip P.E., but if you skip every Monday, all of the 0's will add up, and you will flunk gym. Plus, if you tell your P.E. teacher you have your period every Monday, she will suggest you go to a doctor.

I had the same problem as u and this is what i did...I went to my family doctor and made her write a note to my PE teacher saying that my skin was very sensitive to the cholorine they put in the water. Then give the note to your teacher and you will be excused from swimming. Trust me, it works!

i don't use public swimming pools, for the exact reasons that have been stated here. i wouldn't want to have to swim in a pool that had been swum in by someone with their period. no offense to the asker, but other peoples bodily fluid is just not what i want to be swimming in. i guess i would be failing that PE class. i would have to say find an excuse not to swim tomorrow.
