um.... YES. i just got a VN today on an answer. The reason they stated it was 'pulled' was because it "wasn't a question or an answer." It was clearly an answer! So i sent an email back.

I have an immature Hater that's been reporting ALL of my Q&A. it's no worries though, as soon as i find out who it is (and TRUST ME, there are ways to) it's as good as over. The person will certianly be hearing from me via email LOL. And i'm going to request that their account be pulled. (as, there is nothing offensive in what i write). AND abuse of the report function violates the guidelines!!

It is a cowards way, to simply go around reporting all Q&A of someone whose opinion you don't like. It demonstrates Fear of rational thought, immaturity, as well as cowardice.
*sighs* i feel very badly for those who cannot think for themselves. It is very sad to be brainwashed. :(

Not a question but I have been in "violation" with an answer (sorry if that doesn't make sense). All I told the person was to get respect and grow up. That was it.

All the time! It's getting nuts.
I also hate when you see things NOT violated around that same time when clearly, those questions are worse than yours.

We should ALL just NOT hit the report button ever again to protest Yahoo! Censorship

Yes and I even complained but that just resulted in more violations that I did deserve so better not to attract attention.

I received a violation and a suspension for an answer, and the answer was within the community guidelines, just misinterpreted. I appealed and my account was reactivated.

Yes. Yahoo! is very sensitive about people who belong to certain groups, and afraid of offending them, even if the discussion is truthful and factual. It isn't fair to brand all members of a certain group as somehow deficient, but when a particular member is deficient, and he/she happens to belong to one of these sensitive groups, you can count on a violation.

(You can switch out "deficient" to whatever you'd like: terroristic, perverted, etc., etc...)

I am still trying to figure out what rule this violates -

"On Who Wants to be a Millionaire, is Regis saying "fastest finger" or "fastest thinker?" - and I still don't know what he says!

Yes

YES

I had "POLL: What's the worst book you have read recently" deleted, and they refused my appeal saying it was too late as they had already deleted the question.

My appeal went in minutes after I got the Violation notice

Yes, several, for posting humorous questions. Seems Yahoo doesn't like humor.
