I'm 15 years old and a 36DDD, about 5'2" and 115 pounds. Large breasts run in my family and I don't have back pain, but doctors have said that its possible in the future.

Thanks for all the responses (guys too)! Sorry if you thought I was lying. I checked my weight though and I'm actually about 118. I don't really have back problems, but sometimes I slouch forward. I play softball, so they sorta get in the way of that, and I try not to flaunt them (not many guy friends either.) My mom is a 36DD and has been since ae 16. Thanks again!

If YOU think you are too big, then yes you are.

You are not done growing yet, so you could get bigger and eventually get back pain.

A breast reduction is totally worth it if you have back pain or health issues.

Your BMI is 21.0, which is perfect for your age (in terms of your weight matching your height), but your breasts are out of proportion to the rest of you, and their weight could cause extra sagging and back problems as time goes on. You're probably not going to grow much more in height, so you may want to consider breast reduction surgery once you reach your 20's - or earlier, if your doctor recommends it. You would look a lot better and find clothing easier to shop for.

I am 135pounds and I wear a size 38E and believe me they are way to big so if u are a 36DD and oly a 115 then I would say you are big if you are still unhappy with them when you become an adult you could always have them reduced.

When you are older (20s/30s) you may consider breast reduction if you find your bra straps are digging into your shoulders, your blouses and tops don't fit correctly, and your back starts to hurt.
Also, sweetie, gravity is no laughing matter. The older you get, the saggier they get.
Even with breast reduction you will still have plenty for the guys to ogle.

I don't know, it's hard to tell without a picture (and I mean that in the least creepy way possible, swear to god). For that height, it seems like they'd be a little on the big side, but it really depends on how big of a frame you have. If you're very petite and small-boned, you're almost definitely going to end up with problems somewhere down the road. If you are larger-boned, you have a better chance of getting along just fine.

i think that they r a little too big for ur age n they might still increase in size......
but there is nothing really that u can do bout that size.

as for the back pain.... u need to take care n make sure that u use bra's that r meant for extra support. they have the broad band kinds for extra support. use that types for daily wear n u can keep the back pain at bay.......

n dont worry bout what anyone thinks...... u have to be confident n comfortable with what u have....... then u will always be happy.......

Thats a large cup size for a small framed girl. You may want to consider reduction sometime in the future if you start to have back problems. Unless its hurting your physical health though I would let things be.

I guess to big or too small is in the eye of the beholder. You probably will have some issues as you get older. My friend had to have a reduction. She was alot happier after. If you have no pain, then dont worry about it.

lucky you, but yikes! i've seen that before, and honestly most girls are catty (sometimes even when we grow up) and will make stupid comments like, "i can't believe she doesn't fall over" or "that chick must have a lot of brain in her boobs". they're not too big if they don't bother your health, but if you were wanting to make them smaller because you're worried about judgmental ppl, that's a part of growing up. just dont flash 'em everywhere but don't worry about flaunting 'em either.

I'm a guy, but I'll still answer.

Now, if you don't have back problems or anything like that now, then you should just try to appreciate your body.

If you do ever develop back problems, you should consider getting breast reduction surgery if you think the benefits outweigh the risks.
