Ok well here's an idea..

Triangles are really strong so try breaking the spegetti in half then glue three togethor so you have a whole bunch of strong sticks. (Maybe even more than three) then glue those into triangels. (Let dry and then piece the triangles togethor, upright then unpside down, upright then upside down until you get the lenght you want. (That will be a side) do the same for the otherside. Then make a third one and lie it across the top of the two sides. Then take full lenght spagetti and lie it across the top of the bridge (glue them down) ...

And voila! Spaghetti Bridge! :)

Use the spheghetti to form the structure of the bridge with the glue. Then boil the rest of the speghetti and use it to make 'ropes' and to hold the bride together. Let it dry and harden and if you do it right you might not even need glue.

See the links below. The first two have pictures of bridges, the last has tips for increased strength.
You might also post this in engineering for some better answers.

if you're going to use boiled spagetti twist it into a rope
eg lay 3 or more beside each other then twist them to make the rope longer stagger the ends so they dont all finish at the same place then I suppose you could let it dry and paint the white glue over the top
this way you will have each strand supporting the next.
