You could get her a cute little coin purse from Dooney and Bourke. They're $30-$40, depending on the size and style. You can get them at Lord and Taylor, Macy's, Nordstrom or the Dooney and Bourke store. Tuck a $10 gift card into it and she'll have a sweet surprise when she uses it!
Dooney and Bourke also sell lunch boxes for $30. They're basically small, clear, plastic totes. They're sold at the Dooney and Bourke store.
Or maybe a Juicy Couture bracelet or earrings? Juicy's starter bracelet goes for $35, which is a pretty good deal. They also have a pair of heart stud earrings for $35. Nordstrom and Juicy Couture both sell them.
Dooney and Bourke and Coach both sell wristlets for $45. It's $5 out of your budget, but they're really cute and she'll love it! I'm asking my parents for a Dooney and Bourke wristlet, as well as a pair of The North Face gloves, body lotion and Pink by Victoria's Secret PJs.
A $30 gift card to a local spa or mall will do great. Spend the other $10 on a bottle of lotion or a robe so she'll get more than just a piece of paper. Personalizing a gift is key.
The North Face has a pull over thats for $35 and really cute. You can find it at Nordstrom and The North Face store. They also sell gloves for $20, so you could get her two pairs in different colors.
It sounds like you and your sister shop at pretty high end stores, so a stores like abercrombie and hollister might not be appropriate. Try looking at some of the boutiques you like to shop and find something cheap yet chic.
Does she have an iPod? Get her a $15 and $25 gift card, she'll get 40 songs! Or maybe a funky pair of headphones and a $15 iTunes gift card!

Well when i go to the mall i see alot of young girls go into american eagel they have pj's and sweaters and lots of cute stuff for like 40 or less

deff abercrombie (kids)...CLEARANCE SECTION! At Abercrombie kids the price runs a little cheaper n Holliter.. which is reasonalble... u could prob. get her a few t's or a t n a sweater... if not get a cute plain shirt from there (with the mosse in the cornr) n cute jewelery... make-up.. flip flops, etc,

you can maybe get her a gift card to her fav store then that way you can give her a gift still and she will get things that she likes you know what i mean?
