they do exist a lot, i had some in the past
the reasons are very simple.
the routine of their life
no excitement
feeling young again
the distance between them and their partners
the love of life,don't blame them,but i just stop chasing them now.

Yes, I think deep down they are desprate for a real life, something less shallow. But they try to get their fix through money and sex.
