it has some inscription on it but its not english it has j e on it

if you don't know what it is , how do you know its rare? From your description ( no incscription), it is not a coin but a token . used commercially in trade.

If it has no legend on it then it is not a coin but a medal or token. On the other hand I bet it may be a 5 Dinars or a 5 Rials from Iran. The upside down heart is a 5 in Malay-Persian. There is a lion with a sword on one side, the upside down heart on the other with Arabic letters under the heart on the 5 Dinars. The 5 Rials is the same but with a crown over the so-called heart. They were minted from 1941-1979 and unless I can see the coin I can not give a value. There is a date on it but it is in Arabic and is the Moslem solar year calender. This is the best I can do without seeing the coin.
