I already bought the shoes, but thanks for the suggestion.

It would look fine without tights but it will probably be too cold without it. Opaque tights as the site suggests might be nice. I think the shoes are fine. :)

Full length, feet covering tights, yes. I love those shoes, but not with the dress. Try some plain patent leater peep toe red pumps.
