Satisfaction and appreciation.
That's what makes every human being happy, and without those they become saddened. Even if you get a lot of both, that doesn't make everyone happy. Some people, like me, can never truly be happy because there is always something else to conquer.
I always love what I see in the mirror, except for the occasional zit or bed hair; what's there not to love?
