Oh yes. Its true that boston has the killer three but it is also true that they dont have enough expeirience together. However Detroit has all good players and they have bean together for a long time. Just like last years playoffs. Cleveland could beat the spurs but they didnt because none of thier players had playof expeirience.

Detroit fans are already trying to convince themselves that they can handle the Celts. The starters arent even close, the Celtics have way more talent. All this talk about Detroits depth, experience and toughness is bull. The Celtics are the best defensive team in the NBA. They have more depth than people give them credit for. I'll take Posey and House over Jarvis Hayes and Flip Murray and Big Baby is already playing like a veteran. Perkins is a beast down low and Rondo is unstoppable off the dribble and his jumper looks good. They are beating teams by 20 pts a game at home. There is nobody more serious about winning then Garnett and Pierce. Detroits in trouble if they can even get past Orlando who will probably be the 2 or 3 seed.

Celtics will win the East Championship, but like always the West has way to many good teams.
Spurs- Been together for a long time and win championships because of playoff exsperiance.
Suns- They average 111 points a game, very fast paced game, and heard to keep up with.
Houston- If they start winning again and do something about there lineup they are one of the top Defensive teams in the leauge.
Gonna be hard to beat the west!

i think they can because as you metioned the celtics don't know the east teams while detroit does. also detriot players have great chemistry while allen, garnett, and pierce don't have as good chemistry. detroit also has lots of playoff experience than bostons rookies and veterans too. garnett has been to the playoffs, but allen and pierce haven't. all the detroit players have.

Nope, I don't think so, Detroit is already on the decline. If they couldn't beat the Cavs, they're not beating the Celtics.

they might win a game or two. but thats it. boston in simply undefeatable without some crazy luck. the only way detroits gonna win is if they beat up garnett and allen and leave pierce a loner. get KG and ray out of the game, with injuries or in foul trouble. then pistons might win.

Yes. It won't be easy though, but yes. They have more experienced players, and as you said...they know they need to prove themselves this year. They're wanting a good comeback. If Tayshaun, Rip, Chauncey. Maxiell, Rasheed. and don't forget a/b Flip Murray....stay healthy, stay motivated, and make big plays...I have a feeling it'll be a great series!

R. Allen vs. Rip- give it to rip, faster, stronger, younger
T. Allen vs. Afflalo- idk t.allen so even
Glen Davis vs. Maxiell-maxiell will own g.davis everyone knows that
KG vs. Sheed- give it to KG, he's stronger, but i'll bet sheed puts up a fight
House vs. Stuckey-give it to house since we havent actually seen stuck play yet.
K.Perkins vs. Nazr-toss up(idk perkins)
Pierce vs. T.Prince-pierce. you know why.
S.Pollard vs. C.Samb-toss up
Posey vs. Dyess- give it to dyess. he's more consistent
Powe vs. J. Hayes-idk powe even?
Pruitt vs. F. Murray-idk pruitt even? NOT! murray is such a great shooter and defender. doubt someone i've never heard of will beat him out.
Rondo vs. Billups-tough decision. i'm gonna go w/billz on the this one ; )
Scalabrine vs. A. Johnson-idk scalabrine.
Wallace vs. L. Hunter(only one left)-idk wallace too
k so i'm gonna say detroit b/c last i checked 5 beats 3! so yeah decide for yourself. what d has that boston doesn't-a pg, bench, and experience. boston fans are high off the wins. trust me boston will slow down. they're good, but they're missing too many parts to win a ship.

Unless there are major injuries to one or more of their three key players, Boston will win it all this year. They are a powerhouse.
