I thought the title had freaks in it, but I guess not...
It's a movie about a guy and he turned into something.. half of his face is weird, green and melty? and he's in this place where this guy is keeping other freaks. one is a worm. one is a wolf/dog man guy. one is a brother and sister (I think) that is stuck together. and the guy keeping them there is trying to make a theme park like place about freaks called Freeks or Freekshow, or something. At the end they had to drink prune juice to turn back to normal. It's a comedy .. pretty much. what's it called?

It's called "Freaked" and is from 1993. It stars Alex Winter from "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure," and Brooke Shields is in it too.

Alex Winter directed and starred in this special effects laden flick, and if you listen closely, you'll recognize the uncredited Keanu Reeves, the much more famous half of 'Bill & Ted', as the Dog Boy...
...if I recall correctly, one of the freak characters is allergic to macaroons, which were tainted with an antidote, that turned all the freaks back into normal people, at the end of the movie; least to say, the one who didn't eat the macaroons, did not revert back to a human...
