Introduction for a paper?

I'm writing an English/Bio paper about Marfan Syndrome. How do you write an intro for it?

For the introduction, state what the disease is and how it is caused, how it affects people, and how it is treated. Then that gives you the three topics to analyze in your body.

1. how it's caused

2. how it affects people (the victim and the people surrounding that person.)

3. how it is treated
