If you're pregnant, the baby is probably fine, but yes, strenuous activity can contribute to miscarriage.

The official recommendation from doctors is that you can keep doing the same amount of physical activity as you did before you got pregnant, because your body is already toned and ready for that level of activity. They caution against any exercise that is more strenuous than what you were used to before you got pregnant.

And obviously, any activity that carries the risk of you getting body-slammed or hit in your abdomen is a big no-no.

Depends what you mean by hard activities and played hard? Getting tackled in backyard football could cause a miscarriage. Lifting something too heavy could. Getting hit or kicked in the stomach could. Lots of things could cause a miscarriage. It's possible that they wont though.

Yes you can cause a miscarriage from hard activities, if it was something like volleyball, for example. Say you play sports where you slam on your stomach, or something of that nature.

What kind of playing did you do? Your body is used to your normal activities so you should be fine.

either the egg is attached or its not, and you would have to do alot of "hard playing" to miscarry. if you are ttc then you wouldnt be doing that anyways, just to prevent this

As long as you're not putting a strain on yourself, you should be fine.
