Clean the whole house. You always have that one nosy person who has to snoop around.

I usually clean the whole house if company is coming, but I don't knock myself out. I may do an extra clean job on the bathroom, but I wouldn't worry too much about the rest of the house. Just be yourself that is what people like best about you.

It's been my Vast experience that one cleans the whole house After one's company departs.
Blame any messes on the cats and chill.
Ok I usually clean bathroom & run vacuum (1 Hr. max)/

The bathroom and den. I learned from expierence that no matter how much I clean someone will find something wrong. Now if anybody says anything I let them know that they are welcome to clean it for me and it won't hurt my feelings a bit.

be lazy and have fun; whatever you prefer. but i would try and do my best to clean the whole house and den!!

It depends, how choosey are your in-laws? Do you like them staying with you? And, if not...maybe leave it bit messy so they will rethink staying with you and might opt for a nice motel room instead. Just a thought. Hope it helps.
