I like this guy and he is a nephew of my aunts husband. We talked on the phone, chat online. And we go out sometimes. We both like each other but he is engage to someone else. And everytime we go out he is afraid that someone might saw us together. We were likes friends but ended up to a relationship. But he is afraid. He always said that " I wish things were different" What does he mean by that?

this means hes a player, hes cheating on his fiance with you and of course hes worried someone will see you together. you and his fiance deserve better, keep him as a friend if you want him in your life but nothing more because you will get hurt, hell do the same thing to you in the end.

He probably just wishes that he wasn't engaged to the other person so we won't feel like he has to worry about people seeing you two together.

It means he's cheating on his fiancée, and enjoying it. Do u really want a guy like that? You should also be ashamed for stealing another woman's fiancé! Plz don't become a home-wrecker, and keep this relationship platonic.

Don't you realize that what the two of you are doing is wrong? Not only is he cheating on his fiancee with you, he is cheating on you with his fiancee. Besides, he is ashamed of you and doesn't want to get caught!
Wake up! Get rid of him and gain some self-respect!

He probably means he wishes you weren't related by marriage so that he wouldn't feel self-conscious when he's out with you.
