Yes.

Created in the image of the one God and equally endowed with rational souls, all men have the same nature and the same origin. Redeemed by the sacrifice of Christ, all are called to participate in the same divine beatitude: all therefore enjoy an equal dignity.

The Catholic Church believes there is nothing sinful about being homosexual. But homosexuals like all unmarried people are called to celibacy.

The Church specifically says that homosexuals "must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided."

Here is the text of the document, On the Pastoral Care of Homosexual Persons (1986): http://www.newadvent.org/library/docs_df86ho.htm

With love in Christ.

Yes. There is also a US organization named DignityUSA specically for LGBT Roman Catholics.

"DignityUSA Vision Statement

"DignityUSA envisions and works for a time when Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Catholics are affirmed and experience dignity through the integration of their spirituality with their sexuality, and as beloved persons of God participate fully in all aspects of life within the Church and Society."

Yes you can but why would you want to be associated with an institution that treats you with disdain, and denies your basic humanity for who you love. On the other hand Dignity is trying to change things in the Catholic church

Yes, you can.

Gay people aren't treated any differently than single heterosexual people in the Church are. And women aren't treated any differently than men -- we get to receive the Sacraments of baptism, confirmation, confession, the Holy Eucharist, matrimony and last rites equal to men, and it is the RECEPTION of these sacraments that is far, far more important than who administers them.

I would assume so. There are plenty of Catholic ministries and reform movements who are involved with pro-LGBT rights and other such causes. I listed a few below.
