If you can first explain why it is "Palestinian land" taking into account there is no Palestine, then maybe we can answer your question more effectively.

Also, you may be interested in knowing that the UN does not set international law. If the UN issues a resolution that is not binding international law. So saying something is "illegal under UN terms" is meaningless.

Palestinians are able to turn to the North and join their brethren...what's so hard about letting Israel have that tiny space? Where's the economic relief for the Palestinians from their Arab brethren?

If you really understood foreign history, you would know that the Israelis where there long before any Palestinians. I smell anti.semitisum in your rant.
