Well speaking from the point of view of a soon to be high school coach it will be hard. Not just baseball but any high school coach is a very demanding job. I mean you coach and teach so it's essentially two jobs. From what I've seen and dealt with it's a strain on family life at times but nothing that can't be handled if the family is where they need to be. You just have to be understanding of the demands on him as a coach and he needs to understand the demands of still being a husband.
