NO orgasms, they cause contractions,.... my husband's name is Brian too.

No orgasms either since they cause uterine contractions which can cause the placenta to detatch and bleed. Also, FYI, an actual diagnosis of placenta previa is not recognized until the 3rd trimester, until then it's just a low lying placenta and you are at risk for placenta previa. This is because the uterus will get much much bigger by then. 95% of the time it will resolve by the end of pregnancy. Good luck to you, and be very careful. The placenta is right there on your cervix so you need to take the doctors orders very seriously.

I'm not sure. I know it's a personal question but I would ask your doctor. I would think you probably shouldn't only becuase you have a high risk pregnancy...but only your doctor can say for sure.
