During a passionate moment he mentioned having a desire for someone I am close to ... he since apologized and it hurt me very much. Do I need to worry that he is attracted to her? How would you handle this!

He verbaly mentioned his fantasy in the heat of the moment. some may think he is a jerk etc etc. but the fact that he actualy told you what his fantasy was is proof that he feel's he can share all of his thoughts with you,. how you react to that depends on how he will continue to share his thoughts.
He is attracted to her or he would not have said anything to you about this during the heat of the moment. now I would tell him that he caught me off guard with his comment and then try to get him to talk about this farther, It actualy can lead to intense sex in the future, and also note, JUST BECAUSE YOU FANTASIZE DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO ACT ON IT.

Yes, you should worry.
The only woman your man should be passionately attracted to is you. He can see other women and sure, there are women who are beautiful out there... but he shouldn't be having fantasies about women that you're close with—it's just wrong.
I think that your husband lacks respect for you regardless if this was in the heat of the moment or not.. I would be concerned if I were you.

Well he should not have told you about that because now you will always feel insecure and suspicious when you are around him and her. I would let it go, all men are going to have fantasy's even if they are in love with you and happy, its normal. But tell him in the future to not tell you those things, I sure as heck don't want to hear how attractive my best friend is! Ya know.

you poor thing, that is terrible. I dont even know how i would react, i would be devistated as well, it will probably put a damper on your relationship with her now, everytime you see her you will have ill feelings, like what does he see in her? can i trust them together? I wish I could help you, this is a terrible situation. Next time your making love to him do the same thing to him. say you have an attraction to someone he knows, even if you dont. hopefully he will never do that again. did you ask him or did he just blurt it out? that would make a difference too.

I'd make sure he knows how hurt you are. Do not forgive this too quickly, but don't drag it out forever. Let him know that this is not going to be okay, not now and not ever. Hopefully he will learn from this and never do it again. Yes, I would be worried.

What earthly, priceless purpose might so doing serve? (except i grow to be attempting to make her sense badly). no longer a solid theory. the greater effectual theory is to tell the different lady to end and circulate on.

Yes I would worry! I would ask him how long he's been feeling this way and Why her? What makes her so special that he desires her?

1. Obviously he's attracted to her
2. Yes, you should be concerned

His "true feelings" came out in the "heat of the moment".

RUN.

Good luck

Yep. Keep him away from her. Don't tell her what he said to you and let him taste his own medicine by mentioning some guy he's close to and let him see how it feels.
