Probably not. The Arctic sea ice is already floating on the sea and if it melts, it won't increase the sea level. The melting of the Antarctic continent and Greenland, however, will result in a rise in the sea level thus affecting Florida.
This being said, the melting of the Arctic ice may affect the flow of the Gulf-stream. That is the clockwise rotating current in the northern Atlantic. More fresh water in the sea may result in less sinking of water under the pole and slow, or entirely divert the Gulf-stream. I am not sure how it would affect Florida, the start point of that sea current, but it would certainly dramatically affect Norway, where I live. In Olso, our capital, temperatures would then be as cold as in Anchorage, Alaska and our fjords would me covered with ice much of the year.
