Honesty is always the best policy. Pull her aside (in front of people would just be mean) and tell her about herself. Let her know that people are talking. Then help her find something that is flattering.

well, theres a chance that she might get upset at you, becuase in a way it will hurt her feelings. Make sure that if you tell her, you are telling her that you dont want to be mean, and that you care for her, so you want to tell her the truth. another thing you can do is go shopping with her, and suggest other kind of clothing that will look good and she will like too.

Tell her that you don't like the fact that people say mean things about her because of the way she dresses. Offer to help her pick out clothes. She should watch What Not To Wear on Fri. nights.

Take her to the mall to go get some clothes, and tell her what looks good or bad. If she tries on tight clothes and you saya no shell get the hint

Sit her down and give her som tips, tell it like it is, she would probably be more upset that you let her walk around looking like an idiot, then if you helped her realize whats happening. choose your words carefully, and offer to help her go shopping.

just tell her it's not flattering and that there are SO many ways to emphasize her beauty w/o painting her jeans onto her butt.
also, if worst comes to worst, tell her what people have been saying about her.
