Queen palm would be MY guess too.

Queens are garbage (weed) trees. Get rid of it if this is what it is. No one who knows anything about palms will BUY it from you!

It looks like a queen palm. Fan plams have fronds that look like a fan. Queen palms have the aspect of a fountain when they're full-grown.

Another possibility would be a date palm.
