I have discovered after almost 3 years, of NOT having a good sleep, that i have moderate sleep apnea. which means, i stop breathing 24 times AN HOUR.
I now sleep hooked to a machine, and sounding like darth vader. My sleep is better. If anyone feels groggy during the day and can't figure out why, for about $100 you can get tested for this. The machine is covered under most medical plans. ($2.3k)

When I fall asleep, I stay in that position til I wake. I'm like a fossil.

Not usually. I am not one who can just fall asleep anywhere, anytime. I wake up several times most nights. I wish I were, though.
