If you feel you have to wear one, the longer you wear it the more use to it you will become. They can be uncomfortable at times. Always buy well-made ones, machine wash delicate and just lay them out to dry, NO DRYER. Being a 34AA gives you a window of opportunity. You can wear one if you want, but with your size, you cannot wear one if you want and still look fine. You kind of just have to gauge whether where you are going and what you are wearing can still be appropriate without a bra. Being young also grants you permission to wear or not wear. I am a 34B+C and just depending, I would not wear a bra. I have some pretty firm breasts, so they never really flopped around much when I ditched the bra. You’ll have to determine your own flop-factor for appropriateness. I am almost 50 now, so for me, I think it looks kind of desperate and trashy at my age to be braless. Anyway, I don’t think there are any rules for certain ages or sizes, besides, some garments look worse with a bra because they were made to be worn without one. If you aren’t sure, just always ask yourself this question ‘are people looking at me because I am fashionable and confident or is it because I look like a ho’.

please don't be embarrassed to ask your mom. she had the same problem when she was younger, so she will totally understand.
about the uncomfortable part, it IS true that it's uncomfortable, but only for the first few weeks/months. when you first buy a bra, it's really tight fitting, so you need to adjust the bust-the area around your chest-so that it can fit perfectly. after a couple of months, you will soon put on a bra in less than 3-7 seconds, and you won't even notice it's there.
good luck and hopefully i helped.!

i think there uncomfortable too, so when i was your age i would wear sport bras since they dont have any under wire and there more comfortable. but try to wear them even if you dont like them because if you dont your boobs will eventually start sagging all the way to your waist line, and since your really small in boob size right now get one of those little girls bras that are all cotton and no under wire, and if you want you can wait till they grow a lil bit more because 34aa is a size of a mosquito bite so you really have nothing to worry about right now, wait till they atleast reach to 34a, then tell your mom to help you start searching for the best one by trying them on first at the stores.

It is good to start now... and the best ones to start off with are sports bras, even though they are uncomfortable. You could try to wear cami's with build in bras to get yourself more used to them, then upgrade to a sports bra. Don't be embarrassed to ask... i know she will understand. Good Luck.

Talk to your mom about it, but I think that at least some kind of bra is helpful. I'm just a couple years older and a DD-DDD(not as fun as it sounds)lol! Bras definitely help a lot. Good luck!

As an older woman, I can only recommend that you do wear a bra. They are uncomfortable, but necessary because as you grow you will need the support.
Try going to M & S and get fitted up properly as this will help with comfort levels!

talk to your mom about this problem. Let her know that it is really bothering you. My granddaughter is the same age and wears a 38D. Her mom helped her. Mom's are more understanding than you think. If she doesn't help you maybe you have a teacher or counselor at school or some other female that you could talk to. Don't hold in, let your concern out so that you will feel better about yourself.

mmm i think you should, it will help your breast and it will be ways more comfortable really
also there are many thousands of type of bras and sure you will find the one that suits you and is most comfortable to you.
if your too embarrassed to talk to your mum you can ask friend to come with you to buy some and ask someone there for help...though you could try and take the courage to talk to you mum
think that she (and every woman) has passed through this moment!
