did you know that bananas have every nutrient that you need to physically survive? it wouldn't be very healthy to eat only bananas, but it's true!

There are five people in my house and we all like to eat bananas. Recently my 15 yr. old said she didn't like eating them anymore so I put one in the blender with frozen fruit and some juice (because she is allergic to milk), and she loved it. We freeze them when they start getting to ripe and make milk shakes or fruit smoothies out of them. Make sure you peel them first and put them in a zip lock bag or just wrap them in plastic wrap or put them in any kind of air tight container.
I love to cut bananas up in my cereals, hot or cold, and put them in almond butter sandwiches, etc. Fruit salad with lots of bananas in it is a favorite around here. My mother makes a delicious jello fruit salad with lots of bananas.

I love Bananas, and they are so good for you. I normally, eat one or two a day.

have one every morning with my kashi go lean oatmeal.
when i get my chocolate fountain out i use bananas with the strawberries and its so yummy!
high in potasium and potassium is good for the heart prevents high blood pressure.
