I would say any of them - they're all liberal arts and great schools, so when it comes to getting all your pre-med requirements + a little more bio and chem, then you could probably consider yourself qualified.
I'm probably learning toward these three schools because they are more selective, which might help you a little when it comes to med. school admissions (they know how hard you work, and how your accomplishments/achievements compare to students at (much) less selective colleges), as long as you do well.
Pomona/Claremont Mckenna - very selective, strong liberal arts = rigorous academic program + well rounded individuals who think critically, etc, etc
Scripps - very selective, strong liberal arts, focus on women's role in the world = Scripps women have "an interest in improving the world", which seems like what you're doing. Seems like a great match for you!
Harvey Mudd - very stong engineering/science = great
analytical skills
Pitzer - also pretty selective (SATs aren't as high as the other three) = great (liberal arts) education, but far from your usual education. Pitzer encourages you to design your own courses/major allowing you to shape your education.
I wish you the best of luck! Make sure you keep your grades way up, start studying for your MCAT freshman year (if not sooner. the more practice, the better), and find some extracurricular activities, like sports, volunteering, your local art group - anything that shows you are more than a great GPA/MCAT score.

Harvey Mudd, which specializes in mathematics and the physical and biological sciences would probably be best, but Pitzer and Pomona are possibilities as well, although they are broader in their purposes. If you are in love with Scripps, they have a program for the sciences in which you would be officially in Scripps and meeting all of its requirements, but taking your science courses at one of the other Claremont Colleges.
