Introvert/extrovert?

Question

Does anybody know of good books, or have tips themselves on becoming a more extroverted people people person. The career field am pursuing requires many people skills and I am a naturally introverted person.

go out places and try to connect with people and study them but dont let them know that. It maybe hard at first but its like you said, your introverted, so dont get upset if it dont work right your first couple of times.
