when i turn my steering wheel my horn honks

the horn switch or wiring is grounding out in the steering column when you turn the wheel.

Depends on what kind of car you have. My VW had this problem, the electrical contacts for the horn were misaligned and made contact without the horn button being pushed. It was a simple fix but I had to remove the steering wheel and bend them back into place.

"Honk" wire touching ground inside your steering wheel.
