What a excellent way to put it. Instead of democracy and freedom,we are spreading exploitation and hate. However,I don't think it is right to solely blame republicans for this. Both parties are just as corrupt as the other. They both work hard to take away our freedoms.

Yaktur is right, but not about the big oil. Saddam had many wells burned when the invasion began. Other wells are ancient, some made almost of rotting wood, and Iraq does not have the equipment, the engineers, or the technology to bring that oil up. Which is why American engineers are there, and now there is finally enough oil to help the Iraqiis,, but no oil has been used for this country or its President.

The biggest problem seems to be, sure there was " shock and awe" alright, but there was never any plan after that. And there was never an exit strategy and there still isn't. For that, Rumsfeld should be hanged, and George should be slapped silly for having any faith in him at all. This President would be in better standing if he had surrounded himself with competent advisors.

Spreading Democracy and freedom in order to protect the world's global economy. Making peace a commodity in itself. One world government will be here but not in our life time. The big 5 America, Great Britain, Russia, China, and India are positioning themselves to seat themselves atop the hierarchy. The one with the most toys wins.

If Obama had kept troops in Iraq, then Republicans would have jumped on the broken promises wagon.

Your troops are protecting nobody's freedoms since there were no Iraqi men on the planes back in Sept 2001.

The men on those planes were Saudi Nationals.

If therefore your troops were in Saudi Arabia fighting terrorists, then it would make sense.

But since there were no terrorists on those planes who were from Iraq, and since Osama Bin Laden is from Saudi Arabia and since he was higing in Afghanistan (not Iraq) and since Osama Bin Laden was NEVER caught, the activities of your soldiers in Iraq makes no sense whatsoever.

So then what are the troops protecting?

Bush and co's. oil profits. Big wealth.

Because Iraq has large oil reserves.

Not what matters to the little guy no matter which side of the big pond you live on.
