Given your question, you already can write English and spell better than a lot of the folks here. :) A good way to learn to speak more fluently is to watch TV and movies in English. The best way, of course, is to practice speaking it with another person. Good luck!

When I used to be an English assistant in a French speaking school I used songs to help them with their listening skills as the accents are all the same (ish). I imagine it would be the same to learn how to speak it too. Listen to a lot of English speaking resources, such as television, audio stories etc anything you can listen to over and over again and repeat.

speaking a language is all about the pronunciation of the words. Practice the letters first. ABCDEFGHI etc. then groups of letters, ST WH TH WE AT RE then add words used a lot, WE THEN THEY THAT house, home job words that have a mean you will need to use a lot. Repatriation is the key and also speaking along with someone or a tape or record will help too.
enjoy life and your education,
johnny

It takes practice with someone who also speaks English well. Take an ESL class, get a friend to help, or visit one of the ESL sites and see if there is a tutor that can help.

like the others said practise. repeat after the radio--tv (kids shows are good)--ask a friend to help you--sit in places like a coffee shop and listen---there are alot of ENGLISH as a 2nd language courses that are free if you check out your community sites or the library. even at the library they may have material available or classes to offer. there are also on line sites you need to pay 4 some, but others are free. check for ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL)

It's really simple: practice, practice, practice. You can also listen to English-language radio broadcasts live over the air or via Internet radio. The more you use it, the more natural it will become for you.

Listen carefully and make a note of idioms that people use. Then practice putting them into your own speech.
You could certainly ask people to tell you if you have used a word or expression or idiom incorrectly, as many people don't like to correct you for fear of being thought impolite.

Read aloud. News papers, poetry, novels anything you have. Use a taperecorder so you can hear yourself. If you have the money for it have your accent analyzed by a diction (speech pathologist) expert who can suggest mechanical ways to help you sound more like your native counterparts.
