Yup ... there are two, every thing they do gets screwed up ...... I avoid it as long as possible ... and will only save thier bacon on a direct order......
I try to avoid the blender they like to live in........

when I worked I was asst manager at a bank and I had an employee that would report me to HR for everything. So I had to stop dealing with her and she had to go straight to the manager. I would get in a lot of trouble because of that witch until the manager had to deal with her and saw that she really was crazy.
She would say that I would ask her last for everything, that I ignored her when she talked to me, that I would send her to lunch late, I would play favoritism, the list goes on and I think our time is up till the next session...

Not at my current job. At my last job it was the assistant manager. She expected respect without showing it to others, reprimanded employees in front of customers and other employees, and was just plain rude most of the time. One day I let her know exactly what I thought of her and refused to EVER be on a shift with her again. I don't know if it helped but she started being really nice to me.

Will I'm an Molding Manager and I hate it when we have to do about 3 to 4 meeting every week and it takes about 2 to 3 hours.

Yes, a man who talks quietly to himself when he thinks no one else is around...but some of us lucky ones at work have heard him...freaks me the hell out! Would not want to work alone with him...never know when he may flip out.

I am not paid to be difficult. I can get along with anyone for 8 hours a day....I'm a professional like that....

I wish I could, I just try to keep my mouth shut, give yes or no answers, and make it through my shift.
