Is there something that I can put in or hook up to my laptop that allows me to have internet ANYWHERE that I am? My mom thinks it's called an Air Card, but I couldn't find that.
I already have a card that allows me to feed off of other peoples routers, but I need to have it no matter where I am.
Does anyone know what I need?

Well, these are called 3g wireless cards. you get them from a cellular carrier like T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon. They work anywhere there is a cellular system that covers the area. These will allow internet anywhere within the cellular system and service runs around $50 /month.

The other option is like BGAN system which is satellite based and works worldwide anywhere.. prices start at a couple of thousand for the system and about 1500 or so per month for access.

The only way is to have a Cell Phone that offers that service, which will enable you to connect wherever you can recieve a signal.
