2x +4 = 3/x +3
multiply all by x
2x^2 + 4x = 3 + 3x
2x^2 + x - 3 = 0
(2x + 3) (x - 1) = 0
therefore...
x = {-3/2 , 1}

6/3x+4= 3/ x+3

3(3x+4)=6(x+3)

9x+12=6x+18
3x=6
x=2
