Fresh, hot black French-pressed coffee, served by my husband. It's my first 'cup' of the day ... and it's a HUGE mug that hold 20 ounces of coffee. I may need to heat it up twice if I want to drink all of it, or I may pour out the bottom and get a fresh cup or switch to drinking Iced Earl Grey tea ... but this first cup is the BEST CUP of the day. I used to drink at leat 10 pots of 10 'cups' each a day, now I usually drink only the first 'half cup' (about 10 ounces) ... this is 'hazelnut cinnamon' flavored coffee made from beans we grind ourselves, it's got caffeine, but I don't care about the caffeine ... I just LOVE that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Water to keep me in shape. For for 1 year and 5 months now, I always drink water to lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos. Actually, I lose weight for 3 month only by drinking 10-15 glasses of water a day. And I am maintaining my weight from 59-62 kilos only.
