My husband lost his job and now we are in a pickle. I've already used up all the money I had saved back for Christmas on bills and we still haven't paid all of our bills. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get a loan that will wait until I get my tax return for repayment? I do work full time btw. I'm also in school part time. I just don't make enough to sustain us through this Holiday season and my husband won't be able to get a job until after the first of the year (believe me he has been SEARCHING). We don't want out kids to do without and we don't want to lose our place.

Your kids can still have a modified Christmas. Notify the church of your predictament, notify Salvation Army, and red cross. Is there a St Michael's in your area?
Organizations have programs and set asides for Children that family are experiencing financial crisis during this time of year. You can even check to see if there school has any program. These organizationa may even help provide you with money that does not have to be repaid to get through the Holidays for food, mortgage, electricity.....

The only place to get a loan without huge interest rates is a bank. Don't go to those payday loan places since you have to repay back twice as much as you borrowed.
