I click the link and it tells me it will show me who has blocked me etc...My friends say they have done it, but i have to give the website my msn password...and im just wondering if it's safe, i have just had virus problems and have only recently got rid of them...any of you tried this site? Don't give any site your password. This is the easiest way to get phished. It is kind of funny how it always IM's you when they sign on. I would do a full virii and spyware scan just to make sure you don't have anything bad on your system.

Some virii will tell you that you need to log in to something, or have you download software to remove it etc.

Go to: http://housecall.trendmicro.com

for a free virii/spyware scan.

I hope this helps, and good luck!

You wont get viruses unless you download something but you should NOT enter your password into any other site than the official msn/hotmail websites. They can see what password you have typed and they will gain acces to your E-mail which means they will gain access to anything you have signed up for.

DONT do it, they might not of done it to your friends yet, tell your friends to change password !!!

I wouldn't trust it, there is block programs probably some on download.com that check for you, but I wouldn't trust a website with it, it also seems like your friends are sending you the messages automatically because of a program, spyware, maybe a virus, most likely from the site it is advertising

I was infected with a virus and that virus sent links to virused websites. I didn't knew that I was sending links. If they clicked on that link they were infected with that virus.
If I am in your place I don't click on that link.
Do not enter the password! If you already have done it, you should go to change it.

well it has a 50-50 chance
a proper safe website that does NOT ask for your password (and is correct because me and a few friedns were blocking eachother to see) is www.amiblocked.com

It's absolutely NOT safe. Don't ever give your password to any account(s) to anyone.

hi
it is NOT safe...NEVER give your password if you don't want to lose your account..

use these sites that don't require your password
http://blockchecker.msnfanatic.com/
http://blockstatus.com/msn/stchecker
http://www.funfull.com/

you have to know that if the contact activates the option
'only people on my Allow List can see my status and send me messages'
(tools/options/privacy)
you cannot see his status on any web
