My first reaction would be to say I don't really trust any of them (media outlets) for total honesty. Each has a slant and propensity to leave out or downplay the opposing views/facts.
With that said, I'm more inclined to view Fox as being more inclined to give a better well rounded report.
We're trying to compare apples and oranges here though, since the Times is a print publication with the room to fully develop a report (which they fail to do) and a television program that is limited by time.
To any one that pays any attention, it's pretty clear that most of the major news outlets are left leaning regardless of their claims to the contrary. Fox may be to the right of center, but hey, it's one against a thousand.

Well, I have noticed that the New York Times has retracted some statements, but generally when they are pushed against the wall to do so. Running the Patraeus ad certainly did nothing for their integrity.
Fox news does have noteworthy guests from both sides of the fence. Do the liberals lie when they get to Fox, since the liberals on this site distrust Fox?
Fox is debunked by the liberals for some of the fun programming. Well, it is a different type of news show, but I don't believe it to be dishonest. There are many that add different things to make a show more attractive. And why won't the Democratic candidates appear? Is there something to fear, or do they need to have the questions screened ahead of time?

I read on this site from many Liberals that Fox lies, yet they cannot name the lies. Where as The New York Times.......
Lest we forget several months ago the U.S. Government asked them not to print a story that had classified information on how terrorist were calling into America and planning us harm. They did not want the terrorist to find out they were aware. The New York Times printed it anyway. It damaged our intelligence gathering capabilities

If you want to have any idea what is *really* happening in the world, that'd have to be the New York Times.
They do honest reporting, it's just that sometimes the important details are buried in obscure sections of the paper. There's a reason for that, but I don't care to get into that at the moment...

Kind of a default winner for that contest, since Fox News doesn't even attempt to do honest reporting.
