Teenagers. Because the show is about teens anyway. Suitable for children at the age of 10 - 14. Althought my brother watches it. And he's 22! According to him, "it's funny".

I think she is for "tweens" (children between the ages of about 9-14). However, it seems that a lot of younger children are attracted to her style and music probably a result of the media.

kids becuase my sisters watch it and talk about it and i never heard a teen talk about that. i think that she gets in "kiddy" situations..
