Are these your LOCAL lan addresses that are changing? If so and that is the issue, change them to static address. Turn off the "obtain automatically" and set them. (You will need to set the gateway and the dns but they will work) If the addresses you are talking about are 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x etc you can indeed use static and solve the issue.
You say "my settings in my IP is "Obtain IP address". I need my settings to be this way. " I just wonder WHY? That is not a network requirement on any local network ever! The server and local routers can't tell the difference as long as they are set outside of the DHCP range!

If these are public addresses, you will have to have those assigned by your ISP and pay for the costs of those static ips.

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) allocates IP addresses Dynamically... Usually they are assigned for a specific amount of time, for example, one or two weeks; if you want a 'static' IP, meaning it never changes, then you have to contact your ISP and usually they will charge a small monthly fee to keep the same IP address. Unless you really need a static IP then don't worry about it. I would only recommend a static IP address if you have a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or actually need one. Z

Do u have a dhcp server? If yes, make IP Reservations.
Try computer name instead of IP for ur cafe timer.
If u r getting ip from ur isp, go for static ip.

yup
ur ISP must be using DHCP protocol
And in this kind of connection whenever u connect to the ISP ur pc is assigned new ip address
So in this case all u can do is change ur ISP

maybe you have to assign the ip address of your workstation manually so that their ip address won't change every now and then. 192.168.0.2, 192.168.0.3, 192.168.0.4....
