i love myself by accepting myself, both good points and faults, i praise myself, yet also give myself a stern talking to when i feel i am on the wrong track
basically, i offer myself all the things i offer others that i love, caring, compassion, hope, understanding, and yes sometimes fustration
mostly, i deeply , way down in my soul, care

Well, I think it means being at peace with yourself and accepting yourself as you are.
Most of us spend our lives envying other people for their appearance or qualities that we wish we had.
I think it`s a waste of time, and only serves to make us dissatisfied with the way we are, with less reason for "loving" or appreciating ourselves.
I believe we all have something to offer in life that is original and helpful to others just by being ourselves. This is because we are all unique. That is what makes Life so interesting surely? No two of us are the same, even if we are twins. However I suppose one could question whether very identical twins might be so close as to be almost the same person repeated twice! Nevertheless I don`t suppose they share absolutely the same Destiny, thus making each of them unique.
In any case, this is out of context and would belong to another question. I suppose.
