Look on the package. It will tell you the equivalent lumen's in watts. 13 = 60 20 = 75 and 30 = 100.

On the package the light output will be listed in Lumens. You cannot directly convert Watts ( power consumption ) to light output as efficiencies vary. Although a 15 W CFL is "about " the same light output as a 60 W incandescent. For most, just slightly less.
Edit: To Sensible. If you have a 75 W CFL it uses 75 Watts. Not 20 W. What you have is a 20 Watt CFL that has a light output equivalent to a 75 Watt incandescent. Not trying to be a jerk, just accurate. Some people reading Answers will not understand the difference otherwise.
