I know that some women, who have the genetic markers for Celiac Disease (CD), somehow "turn it on" during pregnancy so that they struggle with full blown Celiac Disease. The only way to treat CD is to go completely gluten free. That means no wheat, barley, or rye in your diet.
You really should speak with your doctor about this and consult a dietitian.

These are the funniest responses I've ever heard. If you really want to know how to gain weight go see a nutritionist. They will tell you how to do it healthy, without just saying "EAT". People typically tend to think that gaining weight means eating more, especially eating more carbs but that is very wrong. You need to eat but eat a good balance of carbs, fat, and protein. Typically the balance is 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein. You also need to eat 30-35 calories per pound in kilograms that you want to weigh (35 calories if you are active). So for example, if you want to weigh 150 pds take 150/2.2 (kilograms) = 68 kilograms. Take 68 x 30 = 2045 calories per day. Divide the calories by the percentages above. This is where reading labels comes in handy b/c they will tell you how many calories from fat, protein, and carbs are in each item you eat. Hopefully this helps!

Gain weight by putting on a little more muscles.. Dont eat unhealthy stuff and snacks.. It'll do u no good..
Try exercising more and eating more carbohydrates since u r gonna use it up during the exercises..
So, stay healthy.. U can do it.. =)

Weight training helps a person build muscles and increase body weight. Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help.
