I have PCOS, and I'm now thirteen weeks pregnant, so I know what it's like. If you're overweight, losing even ten or fifteen pounds can increase fertility quite a bit. Also, you might talk to your doctor about taking metformin, since women with PCOS often have insulin problems, and that helps to stabilize that. Take a prenatal vitamin as soon as you begin trying, and since ovulation can be erratic, have sex at least once a day.
